Ceramic Pro 9H is a Permanent Nano-Ceramic Protective Paint Coating.

Ceramic Pro 9H is a Permanent Nano-Ceramic Paint Coating that features a High Gloss finish, unmatched Super Hydrophobic Effect, Scratch Resistance, Chemical Resistance, UV Resistance, Thermal Resistance and Anti-Grafitti.

Both the Super Hydrophobic and Anti-Grafiti effect combined mean the surface coated with 9H will stay cleaner for longer as dirt and grime will not stick to the surface and the super hydrophobic effect of the coating will cause water to bead up and roll of the surface with any dirt and grime, the hard ceramic film also offers superior protection from damaging contamination and harsh chemicals.

9H forms a permanent bond to the paint work and will not wash away or break down, 9H can only be removed by abrasion making it a highly durable protective coating to protect your paint work for damaging contaminants.

The unique formulation of 9H has enabled it to be multi-layered which means the thickness of the coating can be increased with additional layers allowing a thicker / harder film that will increase its scratch resistance.

Ceramic Pro UK are Revolutionising The Aerospace Industry

Ceramic Pro products are Revolutionising the aerospace industry. While others offer waxes or sealants to protect surfaces that eventually will ware off, Ceramic Protective Painting offers a permanent protection for paint, rubber, glass, plastics and leather and is applicable to all surfaces in the aerospace industry.

Engineered ceramics are increasingly being used in commercial and military aircraft, and have been used in the space shuttle and its equipment for many years. Ceramic applications include thermal protection systems in rocket exhaust cones, insulating tiles for the space shuttle, engine components, and ceramic coatings that are embedded into the windshield glass of many airplanes. These coatings are transparent and conduct electricity for keeping the glass clear from fog and ice.

Ceramic fibers are used as heat shields for fire protection and thermal insulation in aircraft and space shuttles because they resist heat, are lightweight and do not corrode. Other significant characteristics include high melting temperatures, resiliency, tensile strength and chemical inertness.

A non-oxide ceramic called silicon nitride has excellent high temperature strength, excellent fracture toughness, high hardness and unique tribological properties. Silicon nitride aerospace applications result in superior mechanical reliability and wear resistance allowing components to be used under minimal lubrication without wear. These include jet engine igniters, bearings, bushings, and other wear components.
